Bright Prospects Cooperative Preschool
Bright Prospects Cooperative Preschool (BPCP), founded in 1948, is one of the oldest continuously running cooperative preschools in the nation. The success of BPCP is attributed to the work of impassioned parents and teachers who strive to ensure that each child has a positive introduction to the classroom environment. BPCP nurtures the natural ability of children to be thoughtful, self-reliant, and self-motivated individuals.
Longfellow/Seward Healthy Seniors
Longfellow/Seward Healthy Seniors is a non-profit, community based agency serving older adults in the Longfellow and Seward neighborhoods of south Minneapolis. The organization’s purpose is to help seniors live independently at home with a high quality of life.
Metro Work Center
The Metro Work Center, Inc. provides employment opportunities, life skill development support, community integration, and leisure and recreation activities on an individualized basis to adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions. By providing services and client consumer opportunities, Metro enhances participant self-esteem, self-worth, supports independence and promotes community integration with non-disabled individuals.
