Community Church for January 17, 2021

The Community Church for January 17, 2021, is now available.

In today’s Community Church, you can (and should) review the Statement of Urgent Concern for the Care of Creation. Kathy Hollander tells about the steps the Caring for Creation Committee took to get the statement to the concise document it is today. It is one of the things we will be voting on at the Annual Meeting on January 31. Another item we will vote on is the Stepping Out in Faith recommendations for the money we received from the Trinity Apartments transaction. You can learn more about that at Sunday’s adult forum. If you didn’t attend the town-hall style meeting a few weeks ago, you should plan to attend the adult forum on Sunday. This committee has done amazing work.

The Community Church for January 10, 2021, is now available. You’ll find an article about an intergenerational storytelling event, written by Ann Schrooten. It sounds really wonderful. Read about it and then click the link at the end of the article to sign up.

You’ve probably already heard, but (not surprisingly) Church Council has voted to continue on-line worship through Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021. Stay safe, everyone!
